Plain-language terms for using this site and the CoBrain products, operated by Tiny Galaxy LLC. Using the site or buying a CoBrain means you're okay with these.
What you get, and what you can do with it
CoBrain is installed with you and then runs on your own machine, in your own Claude and Notion accounts. Your license covers you and your business, including any assistant or team member working inside your workspace. What it doesn't cover: reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the system, the skill files, or the templates as a product of your own. Share the link, not the files.
Refunds: the 14-Day Fit Guarantee
If within 14 days of your install it isn't working for you, email us with a note on what didn't fit and we'll refund the install fee in full. We can't refund outside that 14-day window. The monthly subscription is separate: cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the current period. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law where you live.
What we don't promise
We promise it's the real, working system as described; we can't promise your results, and we're not responsible for the third-party services it runs on (Claude, Notion, your email tools) changing their features or terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the site or products is capped at what you paid us.
Ownership
Everything on this site and in the products (writing, design, the skill files, the templates) belongs to CoBrain. The license above is what you get; the ownership stays with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
