Plain-language terms for using this site and the Creator CoBrain products. Using the site or downloading anything means you're okay with these.

The free tier

The free skill files and free Notion templates are yours to use in your own life and business, personal or commercial. What you can't do: resell them, redistribute them as your own product or template pack, or republish them substantially as-is. Share the link, not the files.

The paid product

The full CoBrain license works the same way: one purchase covers you and your business, including any assistant or team member working inside your workspace. It doesn't cover reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the system or any part of it as a product.

Refunds: the 14-Day Fit Guarantee

You've already tried the free tier, so you know the style. If within 14 days of purchase you've followed the install guide and the full system isn't working for you, email us with a note on what didn't fit and we'll refund you in full. Because templates and skill files can't be returned once duplicated, refunds requested without attempting setup may be declined, and we can't refund outside the 14-day window. The subscription tier can be cancelled anytime and stops billing at the end of the current period. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law where you live.

What we don't promise

CoBrain is a system you run, in your own Claude and Notion accounts. We promise it's the real, working system as described; we can't promise your results, and we're not responsible for the third-party services it runs on (Claude, Notion, your email tools) changing their features or terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the site or products is capped at what you paid us.

Ownership

Everything on this site and in the products (writing, design, the skill files, the templates) belongs to Creator CoBrain. The license above is what you get; the ownership stays with us.
